Only what you enter in our assessment forms: your name, one contact channel (email or WhatsApp), your sector or type of employer, job title, years of experience, English level and country. An exact company name is entirely optional.
We do not ask for passport numbers or identity documents at the free assessment stage.
To prepare your personalised route assessment and to reply to you on the channel you chose. We do not use your data for anything else and we never sell it.
We do not share your data with any third party — including a current or former employer — without your explicit consent.
If you choose to move forward with our OMARA-registered migration agent partner, we share your file with them only after you agree.
We use technical service providers (hosting, database, email delivery) to run the site; they process data only on our instructions.
We keep assessment data for 24 months from our last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your file for as long as Australian professional and legal obligations require.
At any time you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw consent. Email support@aussiego.com.au and we respond within 30 days.
We handle data in line with Australian privacy law, the EU GDPR where it applies, and Algeria's personal data protection Law 18-07.
